Armor Gear The Hang-A-Roo
Hanging Garment Bag
This tri-fold garment is great for the overnight or weekend trip. Compact enough for the overhead and rugged enough for check in. Armor Gear has designed this garment bag to accommodate and protect suits, jackets, shirts and much more while keeping them neat and wrinkle free.

Review: At first it looked like that this might be the cat's meow for an overhead-compartment carry-on garment bag, but there are too many design flaws to give it more than a deserved Poor product rating.
1) The hanger hook is poorly shaped and will dent/mark the tops of doors (especially wood ones).
2) The bag hangs poorly. Where the hanger hook attaches to bag needs to be moved as far back as possible.
3) The internal support that is suppose to help hold the bag open when its hanging is far too flimsy and readily fails - it will eventually snap at all 4 riveted connection points.
4) Bracket that holds your shirt/trouser hangers in place will not accept standard plastic hangers. The bracket is also made from a plastic that is not durable enough and will eventually fail you. Infuriating.
5) There are no sewn in fitted pockets in the two upper empty corners above the shirt shoulders. Ugh.
6) There are also no sewn in pockets on each empty side at the bottom where the bottoms of your trousers would be. Double ugh.
7) Comfort grip around carry handle was not sewn lengthwise, so it is constantly twisting on you. Also when bag is heavy handle is uncomfortable. (However, it appears from updated pictures on website this may have been corrected.)
8) Shoulder strap is uncomfortably stretchy, and also never wants to stay on your shoulder. Arrgghh. (However, this may have been corrected as pictures of some of their other products reflect a fix.)
If these items were fixed this could possibly be the cat's meow for an airline carry-on sized garment bag, and only then barely worth the $100 they are asking for it ($80-$90 at best).
