Armor Gear™ Professional Series products are warranted to the original owner against any material or workmanship defects during normal use. Should a product fail due to a material or manufacturing defect, Armor GearTM will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover product abuse, alteration, negligence or misuse; repair due to such circumstances may be performed at a reasonable charge. For warranty service, the original owner should return the defective product to Armor Gear at the address below. This warranty covers products shipped within the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with the bag you received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the unused, new bag in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Armor Gear Customer Service at 1-866-276-6744 or email at service@armorgear.com
  2. Have your original order number you received when you placed your order. You can also find it on the enclosed packing slip.
  3. Specify whether you want a Return or an Exchange.
  4. Ship the product to the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Armor Gear is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.


If you are returning a product because it was damaged during shipping, or we shipped the incorrect product, Armor Gear will be responsible for the return shipment via UPS. Armor Gear offers three shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or US territories.


Armor Gear uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to offer the following shipping options:

2-3 Day Service Arrives in 2-3 business days, M-F*
Overnight Service Arrives next day, M-Sat*
